Since day one, Kevin has been running on the promise that he will Fight for Our Future. When Donald Trump was elected for a second time in 2024, Kevin knew the fight ahead would be the fight of our lives. But he also knew that CA-15, and the larger Bay Area community would be there to help fight back. In order to save American Democracy from authoritarianism, it will take all of us.

Meet Kevin
Congressman Kevin Mullin was elected to the U.S. House of Representatives in 2022. He represents California’s 15th Congressional District, which sits on the San Francisco Bay Peninsula and includes much of San Mateo County and South East San Francisco County.
After just two years serving in Congress, House Democratic Leadership appointed Kevin to the influential House Energy & Commerce Committee, where he serves on the Energy Subcommittee and Commerce Manufacturing & Trade Subcommittee.

At the start of the 119th Congress, Kevin was appointed to be Co-chair of the Congressional Taskforce on Strengthening Democracy. In this role, he’s able to conduct oversight into the Trump administration’s executive overreach, lead initiatives to modernize the federal government, fight back against corruption, and expand access to the ballot box.
Now, more than ever, Kevin is focused on protecting core American freedoms, defending our democracy, and safeguarding the electoral process from those who ignore the will of the people and the rule of law.

In 2022, Congressman Kevin Mullin was elected to represent California’s 15th Congressional District (CA-15) in the U.S. House of Representatives. While in Congress, Kevin has been an outspoken leader in addressing America’s high cost of living, mitigating the impacts of climate change, strengthening our democratic institutions, protecting California’s innovation economy, and maintaining U.S. leadership in medical research.
Since being elected to Congress, Kevin has cosponsored 943 bills. Kevin’s consideration for supporting these bills requires thoughtful evaluation, research, and consulting with his constituents in CA-15.
Kevin has also introduced 24 bills during his first three years in Congress, many of them bipartisan, common sense solutions to real life challenges that his constituents have brought to his attention. Some of these bills include:

Weatherization Resilience and Adaptation Program (WRAP) Act
Creates a grant for low-income homeowners and affordable housing providers to make their property more resilient to climate-driven disasters.


"Mullin’s first bill, the Weatherization Resilience and Adaptation Program provides financial assistance to low-income homeowners and affordable housing providers to adapt their respective properties to be more resilient to extreme weather and disasters, driven by climate change."
Poverty Line Act
Updates the calculation of the Federal Poverty Line to reflect modern household expenses and account for regional differences.

Filipino Veterans Fairness Act
Restores full veterans benefits to all Filipino WWII veterans who served under U.S. command.

Language Access in Transit Act
Codifies requirements for public transit agencies to provide meaningful access to individuals with limited English proficiency.
